After several days of pre-conference meetings and site visits, the Global ICT Summit on E-Content and E-Creativity began on Friday, May 14. Though the majority of attendees were from Hong Kong, attendees represented over two dozen countries from around the world. During the summit I also got to participate in a VIP dinner for government ministers and overseas guests.
