A Photo Diary by Andy Carvin |
In December 2003, I traveled to Geneva to participate in the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS). The first of two summits organized by the United Nations to address the digital divide, WSIS featured delegates representing government, business and civil society organizations from around the world. These pictures document my trip to Geneva, along with the online diary I wrote during the course of my week-long trip. (The diary, written as a Web log or "blog," is written in reverse order, with the last installment displayed first.) I hope you enjoy the photos and the diary!
