The gardens that surround Qutub Minar are a popular spot for picnicking and relaxation. As Susanne and I headed out to the gate, groups of Indian visitors poured in. Many of the women enjoyed the shade of umbrellas to protect themselves from the sweltering heat of the Delhi sun.
