Throughout the day you can find dozens of people hanging out on the steps that lead up to the Jama Masjid. The pink Agra sandstone that make up the Mosque (and many other Delhi landmarks) stays cool on hot Delhi afternoons. On this particular day, teenagers have gathered to watch a cricket match in a field just to the left of the mosque. Even a local cat seems to be entrhralled by the competition.
